So my plan for self-discipline has been going pretty well until this week. Priorities loomed and I felt "too busy." Then along came this YouTube video that I thought was very good, and I wanted to share it. I have been doing 35-45 minutes of exercise for a couple of weeks, and I've felt better than I have in months. Training the girls was more fun! This was good motivation to keep it up!
